Cameron Remembering Who Brought Him To Earth
Rodney Waite by Norman Waite, 1986

When Cameron was about three, his Gradma Marie Waite had come to our home in Heyburn, with a large charcoal drawing of Grandpa Waite wearing a straw hat, drawn by Laron's cousin, Norman Waite. She set it on the floor, under the side windows of the living room.

Cameron went to the picture, knelt down so it was at eye level and said, "He brought me here!" Several of us in the room heard this and were very surprised, as Cameron had been born a year after Grandpa Waite had died and never seen that picture before.

Megan, remembering the incident said, "I was standing between the dining room and the living room, and saw Cameron crawl over to better look at the picture. The sun wasn’t shining through those windows, but through the big front windows, so it was in the afternoon. I remember the gold drapes we had at all the windows." She remembers how surprised all of us were when Cameron said this.

All the other grandparents were still living, and Cameron had never known his Grandpa Waite.
